The project's objective is opracowanie urządzeń telemetrycznych służących poprawie ruchu drogowego. Urządzenia te będę obejmowały zarówno elementy nawigacji satelitarnej jaki mapy drogowe oraz system transmisji danych rozproszonych pomiędzy poszczególnych użytkowników.
